Overview
This project addressed a key organizational challenge: a high drop-off rate during user onboarding and limited early-stage engagement on the ProtoPie SaaS platform. To support stronger activation and retention, a specialized microlearning path was developed to guide new users through the process of creating their first high-fidelity interactive prototype.
The course was structured as a concise, self-paced experience, designed to accelerate time-to-value and build user confidence early in the journey. Instructional visuals were created in Figma, with all video content produced and narrated in Camtasia to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment. Deployed via the company’s customer-facing LMS, the learning path was created in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align with broader goals around customer success and long-term engagement.
